I've been in the health and fitness industry for over a decade, but my real education started at 44 when my own body stopped cooperating.

Both — and here's why. This is the complete system I use with my private clients. I didn't leave anything out. If you're more advanced, some of the early lessons might feel like review — skip ahead to the strategy.
